There are a few basic points to his argument:

1. when the iPhone device is not in use, it still acts like a base station, retransmitting waves from secondary devices to the cell tower if you are in between
2. it has an additional powerful carrier wave to transmit the data, which does have  a biological effect- it resonates with and disrupts certain tissues. Which may not have a short term affect—but with long tem excessive use it can cause serious issues down the road with much evidence leading to problems as serious as brain cancer.
